Chandra Gurung Memorial Fellowship 2015/16
WWF Nepal has organized Chandra Gurung Memorial Fellowship to pay tribute to late Dr. Chandra Prasad Gurung for his deep rooted duty and surprising commitment to biodiversity preservation in Nepal. WWF Nepal calls for applications for Chandra Gurung Memorial Fellowship-2015/16 for preservationists and/or promising understudies to seek after Master's Degree in the field of environment and biodiversity protection in Nepal. The partnership is accessible to Nepalese subjects who have either connected or secured affirmation, or have begun classes (2015/16 session) at a college in Nepal.

Jillian Bowling Schlepfer Memorial Scholarship
(for BSc Forestry Studies, Institute of Forestry, Pokhara)
Out of appreciation for Jillian Bowling Schlaepfer and her long lasting duty to protection, WWF grants the Jillian Bowling Schlaepfer Memorial Scholarship to a promising understudy to seek after BSc in Forestry at the Institute of Forestry (IOF), Pokhara Campus. An understudy who has finished higher optional instruction and expecting to show up in 2015/16 BSc placement tests at IOF, Pokhara is qualified to apply. Inclination will be given to understudies from minimized groups.

Jennifer Headley Memorial Scholarship
(for BSc Forestry Studies, Institute of Forestry, Hetauda)
In honor of Jennifer Headley and her life-long commitment to conservation, WWF awards the Jennifer Headley Memorial Scholarship to a promising female student to pursue BSc in Forestry at the Institute of Forestry (IOF), Hetauda Campus. A female student who has completed higher secondary education and intending to appear in the 2015/16 BSc entrance examinations at IOF, Hetauda is eligible to apply.
Deadline for submission of applications: 25 January 2016.
Mingma Norbu Sherpa Memorial Scholarship
In honor of Mingma Norbu Sherpa and his life-long commitment to conservation, WWF awards the Mingma Norbu Sherpa Memorial Scholarship to promising students to pursue Bachelor's Degree in the field of environment and biodiversity conservation in Nepal. The scholarship aims to encourage bright and promising students from Nepal's rural mountain areas preferably those from Sagarmatha, Kangchenjunga, Langtang, Manaslu, Makalu Barun, Gaurishankar, Annapurna (Manang and Mustang districts), Rara, Dolpo and Api Nampa to pursue careers in biodiversity conservation. The scholarship is available to Nepali citizens, with priority given to socio-economically disadvantaged applicants, who have either applied or secured admission, or have started classes (2015/16 session) at a university in Nepal.
Deadline for submission of applications: 25 January 2016.
Nepal Conservation Memorial Scholarship
In honor of the 24 conservation heroes who lost their lives in the tragic helicopter accident of 23rd September 2006 and their commitment to preserving Nepal's rich natural heritage, WWF awards the Nepal Conservation Memorial Scholarship to promising students who wish to pursue Bachelor's Degree in environment and biodiversity conservation in Nepal. The fellowship is available to Nepali citizens who have either applied or secured admission, or have started classes (2015/16 session) at a university in Nepal.
Deadline for submission of applications: 25 January 2016.
